On Pro and Growth, sending continues without interruption, and requests beyond the monthly allowance are billed at R2 per request on the following invoice.
Starter accounts can be activated on the same day. The platform and message templates already hold Meta approval, so onboarding consists of connecting your Google review page and authorising your phone number. Pro and Growth include a dedicated number, which is subject to Meta approval and can take several days; sending begins immediately on the shared line while that approval completes.
The guarantee applies once setup is completed within 14 days of payment and the minimum number of review requests has been delivered within your first 30 days of sending: 100 on Starter, 200 on Pro and 300 on Growth. Should no new Google reviews result in that period, your first month's fee is refunded in full. On annual billing, a qualifying claim refunds the first month's value together with all unused full months. Delivered-request counts are reported to you throughout, with a reminder before day 30, and claims are submitted by WhatsApp message.
Payment is collected by card subscription through PayFast on a monthly cycle. Annual billing is issued as a single invoice and includes two months at no charge. Cancellation requires one WhatsApp message and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
